Atlantisz Book Series

The Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin and the Atlantisz publishing house in Budapest, which is directed by the philosopher and former Wiko-Fellow Tamás Miklós (2013/2014) plans to publish a series of books in the humanities with selected works by former Fellows of the Wissenschaftskolleg in Hungarian translation. It seeks to contribute to enabling Hungarian readers to continue to take part in collective European discourses in their native tongue. In the face of increasing threats to the freedom of research and opinion in Hungary, the aim is to enable the Atlantisz publishing house to continue its work as one of the few still-existing institutions of critical public discourse in Hungary.
